Hi my question is how can I reset my computer in my 2012 Chevy Silverado 3500hd Duramax. I don't want to be treated indifferently by a mechanic because of my sex. Everywhere I go they charge me outrageous amounts for simple tasks I know can be performed for less. So please I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out. What is the problem that you feel you need the computer reset? Also, which computer? there's many in a modern vehicle.

What do you.need to reset it for? Usually disconnecting the battery for awhile will clear the computer.
