Hello Scotty. I recently purchased a new 2021 Toyota corolla SE 2.0 ltr . It has 450 miles on it . I'm taking a road trip from Upstate N.Y to Orlando Florida in a few weeks . Should I get it's first oil change before I go or Should I wait ? Does it have break in oil in it now from the factory ? What concerns should I look for on my trip ?

Break in oil is a thing of the past. Idk the distance but if it's under 5k-7k miles you be ight. If the car uses 0w-16 then even better. Don't worry bout it.
You can if it makes you feel better, won't hurt anything, but not necessary. But by the time you get back home to upstate NY, you'll likely be close to 3k miles maybe a little over. Just check it every now and then.....I'd do change when you get back home.
1 year/5k miles for oil changes. Use full synthetic.
Absolutely no need for an oil change at 500 miles.
Not needed.
