Hello, Scotty's recent videos have got me confused. He recommended 505 Cro and then a few videos later he said NOT to do engine flushes. What am I not getting? Thanks for any responses. Mani an ogre

He's mainly talking about engines at the end of their life (chattering and burning oil ....).
A good running, well-maintained engine should never need to be flushed.

these "magical mechanic in bottle" products are usually a last ditch effort when the only alternative is to shred the car.
