I would pull the ABS fuse to disable it, just in case there's some funny business.

But your ABS won't work until you fix the problem. Probably a failed ABS module. $275 in parts from Ford.

Could just be a bad wheel sensor. That's what's wrong with mine, Tech2 says it's the left rear sensor. (I'm too lazy to replace it. Never had a car with ABS before anyway.)

Not a wheel sensor. the code definition is "Dynamic Stability Control Valve Left Front Circuit Failure", and from my research it's commonly fixed by replacing the module.

I PURCHASED A SEA READER 619 I'VE ALREADY CHECKED ALL FOUR WHEEL SPEED SENSORS AND THEY ARE GOOD JUST MAINLY WANT TO KNOW IF IT'S SAFE TO DRIVE LONG-TERM UNTIL I DO GET IT FIXED... PULLING THE FUSE AS SOON AS I FIGURE OUT WHICH ONE IT IS FOR SURE IS PROBABLY VERY GOOD ADVICE... LET'S GO BRANDON...#F JB

I've been doing that for years.

A RAMBLER REALLY...LOL... THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT I'LL GET IT FIXED EVENTUALLY BUT I PREFER TO WAIT TILL SPRING... I'D REPLACE THE MODULE MYSELF BUT I HAVE NO ABILITY TO REPROGRAM IT... I DID BUY A NEW C READER 619 AND WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT IT'S NOT THE WHEEL SENSORS I'VE ALREADY CLEANED THE CONTACTS ON THE ONE PLUG SO IT PROBABLY IS THE MODULE OR FAULTY WIRING SOMEWHERE ELSE... THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT... LET'S GO BRANDON...#F JB
