Control Arm Bushings and knocking sound on My Honda

Hi! I have a 2009 Honda and recently I have been hearing knocking noises when  I go on lightly rough roads but not so much when I go even rougher roads.

Now, I am not sure what the sound is now because the last time that started happening, I  got  the inner tie rods replaced and the sound went away. I know the sway bar links are leaking and going to have to replace them, but I suspect that that's not the source of the sound. I tried looking at the control arm ball joints, which are leaking but it is not torn. Same is the story with the outer tie rods, leaking but not torn.

I am going to change all four shock absorbers in a few days since the car seems to be sitting lower on one on the left rear and the ride has gone incredibly harsh over the past year and I live in India so the roads are no treat for the entire suspension system of the cars. I am going aftermarket since Honda parts are quite expensive, so what do you think about Gabriel and Monroe?

I looked at the control arm bushings and they are showing small cracks.

I am not sure whether you can change the control arm bushings on the kind of control arm that I have, so I need your help on determining that from the images that I am attaching on the Google Drive link.

I would use KYB struts and shocks and I would replace the control arm assemblies with aftermarket ones that aren't all that expensive

Hi, @scottykilmer! KYB struts are not available in India for my car. So I was thinking either Gabriel or Monroe, which are available here.

Thanks for all the help!
