Hello, I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 3500 dually with the 5.9L gas V8, 5 speed manual. I’ve been losing coolant but with no leaks, but when I checked my oil I saw that oil and coolant have mixed. I got a block tester to check for a bad head gasket, but the test passed (blue fluid did not change to yellow). What else could be causing this?

You most likely have internal leak.

Coolant passages in the intake manifold could be leaking into the combustion chamber. Suspect the intake manifold gasket(s).
