I have a 2007 Honda Civic Diesel and has around 100k miles on the clock is it worth it flushing the coolant system for some new Honda type 2 coolant and are the pros and cons please.

pros:
- replenish the anticorrosion compounds in your coolant.
- Prevent the coolant from sludging up.
- replenishes the antifreeze compounds
cons:
- it's work

Certainly do that if you want to keep the car.
