I have a 2008 ford escape with 112000 miles and was wondering if I should replace the coolant hoses including heater hoses and the hoses on the water pump. They all still look good on the outside.

I would replace the upper and lower radiator hose if the ones on there are original to the car. They are, after all, 13 years old and if one lets go, you may blow your head gasket. It happened to me on a 2003 Taurus and blew the engine.

If you see any bulging, replace them. When I do mine, I do them all, knowing that they are ALL good.
