2016 toy 4runner, 61,000 miles

I cold started it in the morning and noticed collant leaking when I walked around the front of it! The engine had run for less then 5 minutes before I shut it off! Luckily the hose had just come lose! I'm wondering if i may have damaged anything in that time? Could that cause damage if theres no or low collant levels in the system? I'm hoping where the engine didnt have time to heat up that nothing was damaged! I reattached the hose and filed and bleed out the system but just worried now!

No, I am sure nothing has happened yet,

In my ford, 3 years ago, I had similar situation, I kept it driving with the Leaks , whenever coolent was low I used to put water, one day I didn't have water in water bottle , I couldn't fill I was searching for servo station,

But I was late, engine overheated and seized, but this happened because I was driving with minor leaks for 6 months, but

You just started 5 minutes and you switched off the engine, engine didn't heat up and switched off itself..

I am sure nothing has happened to your engine...if it didn't overheat...

My. Ford Engine, I used to let it overheat for 6 months almost everyday...
Then at last it seized....
I had to replace new one...
