I have a 2014 Ford Fiesta with 57,000 miles. I purchased it new.
I have noticed over the past 2 years that when I turn on the A/C, the compressor turns on immediately but it can take up to 60 seconds for the radiator/condenser fan to turn on. After that, the A/C seems to work fine. This happens while idling or driving
Having said that....I have let the car idle for extended periods of time and the radiator cooling fan cycles on and off maintaining the proper coolant temp. The coolant temp gauge never goes above its normal level.
My research indicates a possible cooling fan control module. I am not sure.

As long as it works and doesn't overheat I wouldn't worry about it many times they get a little glitch it doesn't matter the first minute or more when you're running the vehicle as long as they come on and temperature doesn't get too high
