Hi Scotty, can you please help me which corolla hatchback year period to avoid due to their CVT issues. Thank you.

2019 is the first model. Scotty mentioned in a video to avoid the first model as it had recalls.

@nick20s thank you very much. Just to be sure so the the iMs from 2016 to 2018 are good to go right?

I would be sure to get the vin, look it up in the recall data base, and make sure 1) there weren't any serious recalls and 2) make sure the owner selling can provide records that any other recalls were complied with
