I have a 1998 mustang 3.8 v6 convertible. I put a new battery in and the car started however after 3 weeks it will no longer start. Also in those 3 weeks the car brakes would sound like nails on a chalk bored and the engine would rumble when idling. And the stiring would squeak when doing right turns. Lastly it seems to be leaking oil however everytime I checked it it would be full.

Sounds like a lot of different things. Check to fuel pump relay, the spark plugs (make sure they have spark), and try starting with starting fluid. If it starts with starting fluid that tells you its fuel.
Check the battery and alternator.
Odds are that the alternator is bad.
