Vehicle in question: 2006 VW Jetta Gli 2.0 FSI

A couple of months ago I had an ongoing issue with my vehicle with some strange noise that’s provided here: https://youtube.com/shorts/9nFW_o2Q9OA
Diagnostics read typic pcv valve and Scotty even recommended swapping the part. After swapping it out, the noise continued, though sounding a little better. Worth noting, said problem was also accompanied with a low oil pressure light, though I had plenty of fresh oil. Now I know I’m gonna sound like a cold hearted owner here for driving her this day, but she shut off while driving home on the highway. Cranked but would not start. Had her towed home and Ran diagnostics. Codes were as follows: p2279, p2187, p0011, p0328. These were taken with my cheaper $100 code reader and my battery died resetting all codes. It’s been a bit nippy out so I haven’t looked into it much as it’s been snow or no time. Is there any diagnostics I could do with my scan tool even with it not starting? I’m praying its my crankshaft or vvt sensor, though I’m fearful of worse ):

Based on what you said, you have codes related to the air intake (possibly some leaks in the air intake), knock sensor and cam shaft sensor. Also, the oil pump is going out and needs to be replaced. I don't think it even worth time working on that car. If I were you, I would get rid of it.

Respectfully, if I’m doing anything with the car, I’ll be doing an engine swap! Haha. I honestly believe it to be a compression issue associated with a bad sensor as well(could just be the compression) I’m no expert, simply a DIYer, but I believe it’s salvageable. Sadly I don’t have a compression kit. Probably will go buy/rent one at autozone in the next few days when I have a day off work. Poor Priscilla has been sitting for 2-3 weeks now ):

It is your money and time, but I think it is the end of car lifespan. Swapping engine is a gamble on these cars.
