I have an 03 Hyundai elantra gs 135000 mile I changed the belts and started it up and it was running like a top then it stopped. It cranks but wont fire. I have a brand new battery and fuel pump. I checked the pulse on the fuel injector with the node lite pulse is good . I have spark on the plugs. I have looked for blown fuses and test relays and found nothing. The 0b2 port is dead pin 16 has no voltage pin 9 has 9.85 volts. my scan tool works fine on other vehicles. Any ideas.  Love your videos and find them very helpful. Keith Christman Wilmington De.

If your OBD II port is dead, it could be an issue with your ECM. Wouldn't be surprising on a Hyundai that age.
