Cranks but will not start. It has 75,891 miles. Permanent code is 11-02. Took spark plugs out and blew fuel off of them. Also checked relay and fuses.

Gas on the spark plugs suggests drippy injectors or no spark. See the FAQ for troubleshooting details.
