Hello sir and thank you for your willingness to help.
i have a 2018 Honda civic lx 2.0 sedan
when I turn my steering wheel I hear creaking, I switched an outer tie rod (wasn’t it) and just changed the rack and pinion myself (as dealership said that was the issue) and the creaking is still there.
any ideas???

It could be a lot of things. You might want to use a noise-finding device like the ones Scotty has demonstrated in his videos to locate the source.
