i purchased a 2008 ford f150. i had to replace steering wheel. It didnt have cruise. The new steering wheel has the bottoms. Can this be programed to be able to use the cruise?

How bad do you want it?
Basically, you would have to wire up the buttons....hopefully the connections are there in the factory wiring loom....and have the ECM reprogrammed, plus a few more technical steps.
I wouldn't bother if it were me. I have laser guided cruise but never use it anyway.

Well you would need all the parts for cruise control too generally though the wiring harnesses are already there and they just don't have the parts that plug into them if you buy the Ford factory parts which of course aren't cheap
