I have a 2001 Honda CRV 170k miles automatic AWD
All tires sizes are 205 7015
I need to replace one and found a brand new tire laying around that's 205 6515
Since the difference is so low can I still use it on the AWD crv without an issue

am I hearing correctly ... you want to have one tire that's a different diameter?
Sure put it on the left side and you can do a NASCAR race with it.

Most AWD systems require all tires to be the same size within a close tolerance. In fact it is usually recommended to change all 4 tires at the same time. Otherwise the AWD system can be damaged over time.
