Hi Scotty,
What would you choose in Canada 2023 Mazda CX 5 GX(2.5 naturally aspirated with automatic transmission) or 2023 CRV LX(1.5T with CVT) in terms of reliability for long mileage and to keep it for around 15-20 years with less problems?

If you asked me this last year, I would say CX5 over the CRV. But the latest models, I much prefer the CRV overall.
With that said, the current CX5 has been out for sometime, so they probably figured out all the bugs by now. The CRV is practically brand new model year. While I trust Honda more than other brands, it is still the first model year for this generation.
