CRV shaking problem

Hi, I have a 2009 Honda CRV automatic transmission with about 165000 miles, every time I'm doing between 40 mph and 50 mph and I maintain the speed and it goes into low rpm it starts to shake and it only goes away if I let go of the accelerator completely or if I speed up, it doesn't do that under or over the speed I've mentioned, also it doesn't have the check engine light on, Ive also scanned it and doesn't have any codes either. What can that shaking be?

Sounds like it might be a transmission problem, but check the low-hanging fruit such as wheel balance, tires, wheel bearings, and suspension components.

now that you mention it, it started to do that shaking after I changed the transmission oil.

Did you use the correct Honda OEM transmission fluid? Hondas are very picky about fluids.

yes i used the one recommended on the owners manual

If transmission trouble is suspected you'd need a pro with a fancy high-level scan tool to diagnose it. A generic OBD2 scanner won't read manufacturer transmission codes or data. However I'd rule out the easier stuff mentioned first.

OK thank you very much for the help.
