I have a cv axle boot stuck in my transmission it is a 05 kia optima lx and has 175000 miles on it. I have run out of ideas on trying to get it out.

You said axle boot... is there still an axle in there or no?

Find someone that has an air hammer and possibly a big pickle fork and try to wedge it out.
