I am wondering to know if I can use a splitted cv boots on my 2017 rav4 because it's leaking some grease right now.

Always post your miles per the forum instructions please.
For all the effort, you're probably better off just replacing the axle when it wears out.

You can certainly use split boots if you don't mind them falling apart after a few miles. A better approach would be to replace the axle shaft.
