I have a Nissan Altima 2017 63000 miles and I need to know if is necessary to change the oil transmission?

Nissan says every 60,000 but I would do it sooner than that.

Hi Scotty
I have a Nissan Altima 2017 and I been checking the issue with the oil change for the transmission and I been asking to several mechanics and 60% said that is not convenient to change the oil until I notice that is something wrong with the transmission and I am confuse, one mechanic told me that is convenient just to change the oil without touching the filters. so please help me to resolve this problem
