Scotty, my daughter in-law drives a 2019 Nissan Rogue. She has never changed the CVT fluid. She now has over 112,000 miles on it. Can I still replace the CVT transmission fluid for her or will it start slipping with new clean fluid? Thanks.

Any damage or wear that's occurred do to lack of maintenance will still be there but it's best to change it asap. A CVT is different from a traditional transmission and once you've gone far beyond recommended service intervals, it's still best to change it as soon as possible.She has never changed the CVT fluid
