Damage to driver's side underbody / floor pan from improper use of jackstand

Hi,

I was taking the wheel off of my 2007 Lexus ES350 to attempt replacing worn front brake pads (did not get to replacing them) and I improperly used a jackstand, putting it on the underbody where there was no hardpoint. I realized my mistake quickly but not quickly enough, and I ended up bending/breaking the underbody and denting the floor into the driver side compartment. I managed to bend it back significantly with a hammer to the point it is almost back to normal in the interior but there is still damage to the underbody. How would you even go about fixing this further? There is about a 1 cm gap and the rustproofing is compromised.
