Dash lights staying on is a classic sign of a BCM fault. Even when the car is off, the BCM can get stuck keeping the cluster awake. You’ve replaced a lot of the common parts already. On the Saturn Ion, the Body Control Module (BCM) is notorious for causing all the issues you’re describing: dash lights staying on, battery drain, key stuck in ignition, and Pass lock anti-theft faults. Before sinking more money, I’d recommend having a proper parasitic draw test done and specifically checking the BCM. In many cases, replacing or reprogramming the BCM fixes these exact symptoms.
