2014 Mitsubishi Lancer SE AWC. Just under 60k KMs. Original owner.
Dealer has recommended the following overdue services:
1. Brake flush (to be done every 4 years)
2. Coolant flush (to be done every 5 years).
3. Fuel induction service (to be done every 36,000 KMs)
4. Alignment (to be done once a year)
5. AWD service (to be done every 48,000 KMs) -However, I already serviced the rear differential and transfer case from an independent shop @ 49K. Which means they did not check these fluids.
Should I be doing 1 - 4 right now?

everything but the alignment sounds ok
