Dealership put wrong oil in my car

Scotty, I need to stop being lazy and go back to doing my oil changes myself. I took my 2019 Toyota Camry SE to the dealership for an oil change the other day. Last night, I just happened to look up at the service sticker at the top of my windshield and when I saw “0W-20” on the sticker, I almost had a heart attack. My car is supposed to take 0W-16. Is this going to harm my engine ? I’m pretty furious right now because I didn’t expect dealership service technicians to put the wrong oil in the car. I’m about to go demand a refund and then go buy the correct oil and do the oil change myself. Should I go back to the dealership and demand a refund or am I just being a Karen ?

Sit down  and take a deep breath - this is not worth having a heart attack over! If you have the V6, OW-20 is correct. If you have the 4 in your Camry, just take the car back and have them put OW-16 in it. They made a mistake, but certainly not a grievous one.

0W-20 is okay for your car.  It just needs to be changed every 5000 miles instead of 10000 with 0W-16. But you are right, they put the wrong oil in your car.

Your car will be fine, but I would still go there and insist that they correct their mistake. It's the right thing to do.

Or is the sticker wrong?
