It get interesting after 11:30 first I thought she was being honest and helping out the customer but when started selling stuff I was like LADY do you even know about cars?

This is what they do for a living. They will never change at all.

That's the way they operate and one of the ways they've earned the name stealerships. It's much the same at most chain shops. Service writers who do not deliver enough upsells tend not to keep their jobs very long.
