Hello my sister has a delta 88 and today she drove it around for quite a bit of time and then it started to turn off every time she would come to a complete stop or push on the brake pedal. Could it be The crankshaft position sensor?

You didn't indicate the model year. On older GM cars the transmission solenoids would stick causing the engine to stall on stops. If it feels like you are stopping a car with a manual transmission without pushing in the clutch, then a bad solenoid is most likely the problem.
