Okay so with that kit it includes the torque wrench, the breaker bar, and a few sizes of lug nuts. These are all things you can buy separately too. Also with your car usually comes the lug wrench which is basically a correct size lug nut on a wrench. So I think instead of buying that kit buy a torque wrench and the correct size lug nut which you'll use when putting the wheels back on. You can buy a single torque wrench (Home Depot Husky brand) for $60. And lug nuts aren't expensive either.

Would I buy it for professional use where it will get hard, daily use? No.

Would I buy it for a high precision axle, transmission and gear shop? No.

Would I buy it to last me the rest of my life? No.

Will it be ok for changing my brake pads every few years, or the occasional shade-tree use.... yeah.

Will it be ok for completing a one-time job that absolutely requires this tool as cheaply as possible .... Yes.

Then you type "DWMT75462 review" in a web search ,and you get all kinds of results. Overall they seem positive. To me it looks like this torque wrench provides pretty good value for the money.
