Scotty, I drove my car with a blinking CEL from work to home. Had misfire codes . About 35 miles total. Do you think I could've melted the cat with that decision? It ran poorly but I just wanted to get it home to take a look at it.

You only had one missfire located at Number three cylinder....unless it was pouring gas I think it it will survive...the CATS that is....meow...

The extent of the damage depends on the cause of the misfire. Certainly it's not good for it.
Thanks, mountainmanjoe. Had a p0300 and p0303 code show up when I put the scanner in. Spark plugs look good. Taking it to a friend's shop before I buy stuff I don't need for this. Crossing my fingers
