Hello Scotty and Community,
I just bought new lift supports for the rear window on my Toyota Matrix, but the darn things will not close now that they are installed! Did I get faulty ones? Is there something I can do to get these new supports to budge a bit? Thank you!

well make sure you didn't install them upside down sometimes that can't happen but if you installed them right side up then they are the wrong size

Thank you, sir! Turns out, earlier today I verified that I ordered the wrong ones. No mechanical issue here, but don't have a fix for the brain yet. Thank you, Scotty!
