Hi Scotty, i wanted your opinion, ive got a vauxhal vivaro Cdti lwb 2013, fuel injector problem light came up. Engine was fine, but i reckon it was running a bit rich, cause there the exhaust fumes got smelly. ive seen people on utube get the fuel inlet and out let pipes and add put it in a container with Diesel Kleen or Wynns diesel system cleaner and turned the engine on for about 20 min. Do you think thats a good idea to clean the injectors this way, or do you think its a seriously bad idea to follow. What do you suggest. keeping in mind the MOT is comming up next month and im a bit short of cash. Netty, one of your fans from London
Yes that is a good idea just make sure you use diesel cleaner not gasoline engine cleaner it would blow up the diesel cleaner is made for diesels it doesn't hurt anything and can clean quite well
