I’m starting my own business and need a truck tow my equipment around. I would be hauling vending machines, washers and dryer’s, water heaters, cabinets and counters.

Trucks with the combination of a Cummins diesel and an Allsion transmission are very reliable, 3/4 ton and over.

I believe GM brands their transmission as Allison, but it’s not really designed nor built by Allison. Instead, GM designed and built it but then sent over to Allison for validation testing.
.
I am not sure if all of GM’s “Allison” transmissions are like that, but buyer beware.

Good point. I was referencing Dodge, should have said so.

Depends on how large of a truck you want to drive I personally like fords so something like f-250 or f-350 or if you need a large truck an f-450. But if you don't want a ford then trucks with the Duramax 6 are really reliable.

Scotty also said certain models were really reliable I can't find the video or I would put a link to it in here
