I’m going to be changing my rear differential fluid on my 2018 Lexus IS350 with the LSD. Do I need to use the genuine Toyota/lexus fluid or can I go with a different brand. I was thinking about using redline fluid but wanted more info on if it would be ok to use it. Thanks!

You don't have to go with Toyota fluid but you do have to meet the standards of that lubricant. Frequent fluid changes are more important than any 'brand' you choose. You must use the correct and specified types as defined here : front and rear lube specifications start on page 591
