Hey Scotty, do you know what oem differential fluid does a 2011 BMW X3 xdrive 28i need.

Hello there. Since it is the xdrive, you need to change the fluid on both the front and rear differentials.
I get all my BMW fluids and parts from FCP Euro. They have everything you need, just plug in your car's info and you'll get a nice categorized list of all the parts and fluids.
