Differential Service

I have a 2015 Subaru Forester with 43000 miles on it.  At the last oil change, the dealer recommended a differential service (front and rear) and a brake flush.  Is this necessary, or is the dealer just trying to make some money?  Thanks.

brake flush sounds premature.

Preventive maintenance on the differential might not be a bad idea, since those can be expensive to fix.
