How do you dispose of or sell old and used parts? I know some parts might be worth something, at least for recycle or core value, but where you take them?

you put them on ebay, craigslist, or other sites like autotrader if you want to sell them.
If you just want to get rid of them there are plenty of metal recycling businesses.
Google for a local one and bring them there
