Hello Scotty, there's many types and brands that say they clean everything from pistons to intake & exhaust valve's of even highly covered with carbon deposits. From home mechanics to auto repair businesses. Do they actually work and help out engines in better fuel economy and longevity ? Is there professional proof (like you) not just from people that want to follow along with someone that is popular ? Like,... ''oh, if he/she said so, then it must be true !''. lol
Best regards,
Kevin
A lot of them are just snake oil. I wouldn't waste my money.
If you have a specific issue you are trying to solve, there may be a product to recommend. But in general I don't recommend believing all the hype.
soap and water for my engine and baby shampoo for my head :chuckle: :silly: 😆
Which brand ? 😜
Unfortunately, all these additives come with mountains of anecdotal information and glowing testimonials but never seem to have any scientific proof. It's your money.
