I have a 2013 Honda CRV. I brought it in to get an oil change at a oil change shop. They checked the battery and told me I need a new battery. I passed on that. I then went to a auto parts store to check the battery. They told me my battery is good but I need a new alternator. The battery is less than two years old. I don't have any trouble starting the car. Who do I believe? What should I do?

That was a mistake. Quick lube joints are barely qualified to do oil changes and frequently mess those up. You certainly can't trust them to do anything else.
What should I do?
Have your charging system and battery checked by an actual mechanic. (Not a dealer or chain, but a good independent shop.)
Who do I believe?
definitely not the quick lube shop
What should I do?
pick up a cheap multimeter for $10 and measure the battery voltage when the car is running.
Are you facing any issues?
