Hey Scotty,
My 2015 Nissan Altima 173,057 miles after changing the axles and the driver side axle feel like grinding vibration on the gas pedal when accelerating and low pitch whistle noise from the cvt. Listen to this:

Well, a lot of times, if you don't get the axle snapped into the transmission right it'll make noise like that. Pray it's that simple on that. You didn't get bad axles under the wrong size that may have damaged the transmission when you press them in
