2012 dodge challenger rt 120k miles, misfiring codes p0306 and p0300,
other than spark plugs and coil ignition what could couse my car to misfire?
I haven’t changed the spark plugs or coil ignition yet. I’m worried if it’s other than spark plugs and coil because I can only change spark plugs and coil.

I wouldn't worry about everything that can go wrong. Change the easy stuff first, and work your way down the list of uncommon things later.
Do the spark plugs first, that is easy and cheap. Nice that you also know it is coming from cylinder 6, so you can focus on that one.
Also, are you the original owner, and do you know if the spark plugs were ever changed?
