cng sequential kit vs venturi kit for Toyota Corolla altis 2008

Hello,

I been speaking to a lot of local mechanics and CNG installers.

Now, What i have been told is that the Sequential kit ( the one with its own ICU is safer and does not harm the engine cause it controls the CNG being pushed into the Engine and it has auto-start/auto-cutoff)

While the normal CNG (Venturi) is not as good because it does not have auto-start/auto-cutoff and has no ECU to monitor the cng flow.

I been told by mechanics that since your car is 2008 you dont need sequential kits cause those were made for cars post 2010.
I am really confused. I plan to use my car for 4-5 years more and drive it monthly for say 600-700+ miles.

Is installing CNG going to kill my toyota? if not, which one is gonna be worth spending money on.

Because sequential kit is 2x more expensive.

Thank you.

I know nothing about conversions because hardly anybody does that in the United States. They used to but then there were some explosions and insurance rates went high so I don't know anybody who does that anymore here
