About it with all costing you value your money. This car has nothing but problems (from knocking rod in the engine to ….)

they are realy that bad ? :/

Way worse than you think. Another issue is that people who buy them, beat the heck out of them and then try to sell it.

The Hemi engines are OK and the better of Chrysler products but still have their major faults and the Durango is a very low quality SUV. Like VERY.

For what its worth, here is an owner complaint data sample website:

https://www.carcomplaints.com/Dodge/Durango/2004/

"The second generation Durango was introduced in 2004 and instantly came under fire for, well, catching on fire.

From 2004-2006 electrical overloading in the driver's side instrument panel caused numerous reports ofinterior fires. The interior infernos became so commonplace that Chrysler eventually issued a recall.

The problems didn't stop there, however. Owners of the recalled vehicles complained about being treated unfairly and given take-it-or-leave-it low ball settlement offers. "They offered me $2000 under NADA retail as a settlement," said one owner, "and have been rude and hostile to deal with." Nothing says awesome service like treating your customers rudely after their cars have caught on fire.

Have we mentioned all the reports ofcomplete engine failuredue to oil sludge?"

Since you are in Austria, I doubt you will have a recall (and even if you did its years out of date) but you still have the problematic engine. Its your call, but for me its a waste of money.

The engine is not ok. In the website you post here, the main issues are related to the engine.

Good catch! The Hemi engines in the Ram trucks were better than the other ones, but they still have major problems like these ones as seen in the Durango!!!
