- My 1999 Chevy s10 2.2l with a manual 5 speed and 120,000 on the stock clutch is struggling to fully disengage the clutch and it's getting really hard to shift through gears

Most likely.
When the car is not running, does it easily go through the gears?

Before investing in a new clutch package, make sure all the adjustments are correct. Owner's manual should tell you what they are.
