Hey Scotty you haven't talked about this product but there's thousands of them on ebay for 12 to under 30 bucks air intake fan claims to increase gas mileage and horsepower by putting this inside the intake hose. I wanna try it cuz my car gets relatively low gas mileage but does these products actually work or it's a scam?

You didn't say what your car is, but if there was a way to make a car get better gas mileage then definitely the manufacturer would have found that method and used it. So yes it's a scam.

It'll actually end up acting like a restrictor, which will hurt mpg & performance.
