Does this code B20A7 anything to worry about?

I’m not too sure what the code is or how to fix it, but if it’s something that needs to fixed all do it.

It is a Nissan Altima 2015 with 58,268 miles.

This a Nissan code for a cylinder three misfire usually caused by a bad fuel injector or a very dirty MAF sensor.
