Just has my oil change after 5 months drom my previous one. The drain plug washer was not replaced by the service center because they said it can still be reused. I actually saw it and it is still solid with no bents. Is this okay? Honda civic 2011

yes. if it bothers you, go to Ace hardware and buy a few correct size nylon washers and put them in your glove compartment for the next oil change

AS long as it does not drip, you are fine. For the next oil change, provide one.

I've reused the washers many times without issue. If oil doesn't seep out then that's all that matters. They are very inexpensive peace of mind, though.

Never go to quick-lube establishments for any kind of service.

Learn to do your own oil and filter changes.  At least you will care if it's done right.  Dealers and quickie oil change places could care less.
