Drain plug without crush washer

I did my first oil change a month ago. The first thing I've noticed was the drain plug hadn't a crush washer. It was really really tight.

The drain plug itself seems manufactured as drain plug and crush washer, because it has a thick ring kinda attached to it.

Today I went down the car and I've noticed there's oiling sipping around the drain plug. It's not dripping, just sipping.

Should I buy a crush washer for the next oil change?

Yes, of course.  You should get either the correct metal crush washer or fiber washer.
